*II Timothy 3:1-5 "But mark this:There will be terrible times in the last days. *II Timothy 4:3-4 "For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit thier own desires,they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what thier itching ears want to hear. They will turn thier ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths."
*II Peter 3:3-7 "First of all,you must understand taht in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, Where is this 'coming'he promised? Ever since our fathers died,everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation. But they deliberately forget that long ago by God's word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water. By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. Byt the same word the present heaven and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodily men."
*II Peter 3:17 "Therefore,daer friends, since you already know this, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of lawless men and fall from your secure position." -Warning to Christians to be on guard against false teachings/teachers.
* I John 4:1-2 "Dear friends,do not believe every spirit,but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God:Evert spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh isfrom God,but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world."
-Warning to test the spirits to see whether they are godly or not.
*II John verse 7 "Many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist."
* II John verse 9 "Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God;whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son."
*II John verses 10-11 "If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching,do not take him into your house and welcome him. Anyone who welcomes him shares in his wicked work."
* Jude verse 4 "For certain men who condemnation was written about long ago have secertly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord."
*Jude verses 6-8 "And the angels who did not keep thier positions of authority but abandoned thier own home-these he has kept in darkness,bound wiht everlasting chains of judgment for the great Day. In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example to those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire. They are wild waves of the sea, foaming up thier shame; wandering stars,for whom balckest darkness has been reserved forever. Enoch, the seventh from Adam,prophesied about these men: See the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones to judge everyone, and to convict all the ungodly of all the ungodly acts they have done in the ungodly way, and all the harsh words ungodly sinners have spoken against him. These men are grumblers and faultfinders;they follow their own evil desires; they boast about themselves and flatter other for their own advantage."
*Jude verses 17-19 " But,dear friends,remember what the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ foretold. In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires. These are the men who divide you,who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit."

It is not suprising,then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what thier actions deserve."
*Galatians 1:6-9 "I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel-which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusin and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! As we have already said,so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!"

I warn you,as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God."

These promote controversies rather than God's work-which is by faith. Some have wandered away from these and turned to meaningless talk.
