The cults have many books that they claim are holy books, or religious materials to them.
Some cults include magazines among other books for part of their sources for their false teachings.
Many cults have websites that tell some about what they believe as well.
They all deny the trinity, the deity of Christ,the deity of the Holy Ghost (also known as the Holy Spirit) , condone immorality, the remission of sins through Jesus shed blood on the cross at Calvary, Christ bodily resurrection, the virgin birth, the sin nature of all people, the existence of hell as described in Scripture, the rapture, have some sort of racism included in their beliefs, and claim no one can be sure that they can get to heaven when they die. They all have no peace with God at all. They all have a false sense of hope, and joy. The deny the lake of fire, and the great white throne judgment of all the lost of all generations too.
There are cults out there disguised as "Baptist" churches, and various other church groups. The cults are wolves in sheep's clothing. The cults do not agree with the teachings in the Old Testament and the New Testament at all. They leave many of the books of the Bible out of their various false translations of the Bible. They follow after the FATHER OF LIES , Satan himself. The cults also have altered /that is twisted the Scriptures when quoting them in their books, magazines, articles, pamphlets, and on their websites to make them say what they want them to say instead of what they are intended to say.
The cults claim to have started from angels messages, from visions,from dreams, from hallucinations, and from some sort of emotional experience of sorts. Really the cults started by Satan. He originated them all. Every single one. People gave themselves credit for this because they simply were willing to believe the lies Satan told them.
Satan disguises himself as ..." an angel of light..." as described in II Corinthians 11:14. "And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light." transforms-means disguises
The people who teach such lies, are the cults leaders, known as false teachers, false prophets, and false apostles.
II Corinthians 11:13 "For such are false apostles,deceitful workers,transforming themseleves into apostles of Christ."
II Peter 2:1 "But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you,who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction."
II Peter 2:2 "And many will follow thier destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed." -prediction that many people will be followers of these false teachers
This is so sad, but true. There are many people who are followers of these cult leaders/false teachers even now just as there was in the past.
According to II Peter 2:12 " But these, like natural brute beasts made to be caught and destroyed, speak evil of the things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption."
II Peter 2:13 describes the cults of today/false teachers correctly. II Peter 2:13 "and will receive the wages of unrighteousness, as those who count it pleasure to carouse in the daytime. They are spots and blemishes, carousing in thier own deceptions while they feast with you,"
Another verse about false teachers that is right on target is, II Peter 2:14 "having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin, enticing unstable souls. They have a heart trained in covetous practices, and are accursed children."
II Peter 2:15 "They have forsake the right way and gone astray; following the way of Baalam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;"
II Peter 2:16 "but he was rebuked for his iniquity: a dumb donkey speaking with a man's voice restrained the madness of the prophet."
II Peter 2:17 "These are wells without water, clouds carried by a tempest, for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever."
II Peter 2:18 " For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error." -they even lead astray those who have fled from other false teachings, with thier empty promises
II Peter 2:19 "While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage."
II Peter 2:20 "For if, after they escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning." -they lead astray some who have some knowledge of the truth, by their cunning deceitfulness and empty promises/how sad!
II Peter 2:21 "For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment given to them."
II Peter 2:22 " But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: 'A dog returns to his own vomit,' and,' a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire'."
II John 1:7 "For many deceivers have gone out into the world that do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is a deceiver, and an antichrist."
II John 1:9 "Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son."
II John 1:10-11 "If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds."
Jude 1:4 "For certain men crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ."
Jude 1:8 "Likewise also these dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries."
Jude 1:10 "But these speak evil of whatever they do not know; and whatever they know naturally, like brute beasts, in these things that corrupt themselves."
Jude 1:16 " These are grumblers, complainers, working according to thier own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage."
Jude 1:17-18 "But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken by the apostle of our Lord Jesus Christ: how they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts."
Jude vs. 19 "These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit."
Jude vs. 12 "These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots;"
vs. 13 "raging waves of the sea, foaming up thier own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever."
Revelation 3:9 "Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie--indeed I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you."
Revelation 2:20 "Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that women Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols."
Revelation 2:21-22 " And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds."
Revelation 2:9 " ..and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan."
Revelation 2: 2 "... And you have tested those who say they are apostles and are not, and have found them liars."
Revelation 2:14-15 "But I have a few things against you, because you have there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the children of Isarel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality. Thus you also have those who hold the doctrine of the Nicolatians,which thing I hate."
Revelation 20:12 "And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and the books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books." -talking about the great white throne judgment for all the lost of all generations who rejected Christ
Revelation 20:13 "The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works."
Revelation 20:14-15 "Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire." -Only those who have their name in the Book of Life go to heaven. Those whose names are missing from it go...1. to hell, 2. then, the great white throne judgment, 3. and finally the lake of fire.
Revelation 21:8 "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." -all the lost of all generations go the lake of fire to burn for all eternity after their trial before God at the great white throne judgment is over
Revelation 22:15 "But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie." -No unforgiven sinners allowed in heaven. Only those who accept the forgiveness of Christ are allowed into heaven.
