Gnosticism is one of the many false religions in the world. It teaches that all matter is evil.

• 1. isolation from all others to avoid germs,etc. since matter is bad.
• 2. Since the soul is okay, and matter is what is evil, immorality--sexual impurity--fornication, adultery,etc. is acceptable
• Teaches that Jesus Christ is not God. He is just another spiritual being like the angels.
